• What are my payment options?
You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, a Shop.BeYourOwnYou.com gift card, Amazon Pay or QUADPAY.
How can a customer contact QuadPay?
If a customer has an issue with their payment (for example, they’re not going to be able to make a payment on time or their card was stolen) direct them to firstname.lastname@example.org
Customers will receive an acknowledgment immediately and a response within 24 hours.

What is QuadPay?
QuadPay’s payment platform gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple, interest-free installments. QuadPay is a platform built for shoppers, that empowers them to buy now, pay over time and avoid interest repayments.
What does it cost a customer to use QuadPay?
If a customer pays on time, there is never a cost to using QuadPay.
Are there late fees?
We only charge a $7 fee on a late payment that’s overdue. We reserve the right to charge a further $7 fee, if the customer remains late 7 days after the original payment due. $14 is the maximum a customer will ever be charged for an individual order.
Is there a hard credit check?
No. QuadPay never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on a customer’s credit rating by using QuadPay.
How do refunds to the customer work?
As soon as the merchant approves and processes a refund for a customer that has checked out with QuadPay, the refund is immediately processed by QuadPay.
If the refund is in full, the customer will have any funds paid to-date refunded immediately to their card and all future installments will be cancelled.
If the refund is partial, the refund amount will be applied to the total purchase amount, starting with the last installment.
For example, if a purchase was for $100 (4 x $25 installments) and a partial refund of $25 was issued by the merchant, QuadPay would cancel the 4th installment. If a refund of $50 was applied, QuadPay would cancel the 4th and 3rd installments.
What payment types are accepted?
QuadPay accepts all U.S. credit and debit cards (including American Express and Discover).
However, QuadPay cannot accept credit or debit cards from overseas or pre-paid debit cards.
Who can use QuadPay?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:
Live in the U.S.
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
Use a U.S. credit or debit card to make a purchase
Discount Code/Coupon Questions
• How do I enter my coupon code/How do I use my gift card?
You may enter your discount code or gift card code at check out. Please click here for more detailed instructions.
In order to receive a discount on your order, you must apply a coupon code when checking out. We will not apply a discount code after orders have been submitted, and we cannot accept rain checks for discounts.
• Can I receive a raincheck on a discount or offer if the style/size I want is out of stock?
• An item I bought is now on sale. Can I still receive the discount?

• How do I return or exchange my item?

Shipping & Delivery
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped within the USA will typically arrive within 3-7 business days, however fulfillment has been affected by the pandemic and social distancing orders, so temporarily, delivery should be expected within 15-20 business days. In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to weather or during peak holiday seasons. We’ll provide a link in your confirmation email so you can easily check the status of your order at any time.
International orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive and up to 7 weeks during peak holiday times.
NOTE: During the pandemic, it may take up to 9 weeks or longer, due to some border closures which affects shipping. Some countries are experiencing significant delays.
For shipment times on pre-ordered items, please check the item listed on website to view the estimated shipment date (shown directly above the "Pre-Order Now" button.)
Please note - if your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, shipment of your in-stock item may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommenced making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
•How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, however due to the pandemic, it is currently 14-18 days.
• Why haven't I received my package?
You may check the status of your order here.
If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. shop.beyourownyou.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please also note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the USA. According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. FedEx is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority."
• What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?
Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process.

• What sizes do you carry?
Skinnygirl jeans sold online are currently available in sizes 24-34 and 14W-24W.
Skinnygirl tops sold online currently are available in sizes XS-XL.
• Which size should I purchase?
Please click on the "SIZE GUIDE" link, located just above the size options on the product you are viewing. You may view sizing information for all of our apparel here.
• Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes, Skinnygirl apparel come in sizes 14W-24W for bottoms and 1X-3X for tops. If you don't find what you're looking for here, try a department store or specialty store near you and check back frequently for the latest inventory.
• Do you offer tall sizes or petite sizes?
Unfortunately, we do not carry tall or petite sizes at this time.

Please be aware that some countries may require additional taxes or duty (customs) fees to be paid by the purchaser on items shipped from the U.S. We recommend you look up the regulations of your country before placing an order so you aren't surprised by additional costs. In the UK, for example, customs fees may cost $30.
